JUMP ROPE TRAINING
Jumping rope is one of the few exercises that works every part of your body. Did you know that jumping rope for 10 minutes is equivalent to running an 8 minute mile? Jumping rope burns more calories per minute than most exercises. Your upper body gets a workout from swinging the rope, your heart gets the benefit of reaching its target rate, your stomach muscles engage during the jumps and you’ll be able to tone your legs as well. It also helps develop speed, agility, balance, coordination, bone density and aerobic conditioning while toning and trimming areas of the body that store fat.

As a dedicated jump rope fitness trainer with 15 years of jump rope experience, I am able implement a unique teaching technique that successfully addresses individualized learning variables by incorporating fun and innovative ways to master the jump rope and challenge the body to become fit. I am a motivated and enthusiastic mentor and coach that establishes successful performance-driven jumpers and teams.
